Sick and Weak

Long awaited image and gift art for as I apologize for the long delay. Anyways, the image is based on the comic "Blueberries" where Bellwether has escaped prison somehow and Judy finds her at Nick's apartment, which she hears a story from Nick not the way she expected it to be, finding out that Bellwether has changed and no longer bent on revenge against the ones who put her behind bars. Nick explains how not too long ago, that he was out taking a walk when he noticed someone sitting under the shade of a building, and finds that it's Bellwether under that green blanket, about to call Judy until he notices how sick and weak she has become. Nick makes a sudden decision to take her back to his home and tend to her. Throughout the rest of the comic, Nick tells the rest of the story how he took care of Bellwether and was about to call in ZPD, but sensed something was not right about her, despite almost trying to kill him, noticing her reactions that she was a tormented soul and once he got her to calm down, Nick told her the story of how he first joined the Rangers...and that's when she suddenly changed.

My guess is that Dawn must have been so overcome with fear during her imprisonment, possibly suffering from mistreatment by the other inmates and the dark, lonely atmosphere that she escaped prison to run away from everything happening in there, but somehow became sick and weak on the streets in her attempts to hide and hope she never went back...until Nick found her unexpectedly.
